Shoulder Rolls: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take a moment to make sure your posture is correct and you are standing straight. Roll your shoulders forward 5 times. Then roll your shoulders back 5 times. Repeat throughout the day as needed for flexibility.
Neck Tilts: Start with good posture. Tilt your neck forward with your chin down for 15 seconds. Then tilt your neck back with your chin towards the ceiling for 15 seconds. It is that simple. Try this position as needed throughout the day.
Side Tilts: The same concept as the forward tilts applies here except while in perfect posture position, hold your neck to the left then the right for 15 seconds each.
